Colmar and France renew their contract for another four years until 2022.
The “relationship” with the French team, started in 2011, has been consolidated in time on the basis of mutual respect and professionalism.
“Working with France means working with a Federation with perfectly oiled parts, in practice a sort of lean company where decisions, plans and results are always the result of an interesting discussion,” said the Chairman of Colmar, Mario Colombo.“Every year we work together to be able to give the athletes the best that can exist on the market in terms of fabrics which help them improve their performances in competition in absolutely the greatest comfort.”
Colmar is the only company which tests all the materials for the athletes in collaboration with the Wind Tunnel of the Politecnico of Milan and which makes “tailor made” skisuits for the athletes so that they are like a second skin according to build and the discipline.
Michel Vion, President of the French Federation, is also enthusiastic about this renewal: “Colmar is a leading player in the textile industry, especially in Alpine skiing with undisputed experience in sport at high levels. The expertise and the quality of their products are fundamental for the success of our athletes. It is pointless denying that today skisuits are a fundamental element in achieving performances. With Colmar on our side, we have everything necessary to keep on being at the top in the next few years.”
